Ryan Eklund – Partner
Ryan Eklund is the Managing Partner of NetCapital Real Estate Advisors. Ryan spent the previous 7+ years at HFF (now JLL), leading the Carolinas Net Lease team. In his time at HFF/JLL he has been a part of 70 transactions, totaling $500M+.
Ryan, leads NetCapital Real Estate Advisors, with a focus on being an advisor. Advisory services include: disposition and acquisition advisory, 1031 exchange advisory, asset analysis, sale-leaseback structuring, valuation analysis and being an overall advocate for clients.
Ryan received his B.S. in Business Administration and B.S. in Education at The University of Tennessee – Knoxville. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending his time with his wife Lauren, watching anything “Vols”, losing golf balls and being on the water.

Cabell Sheild – Vice President
Cabell Sheild is a Vice President at NetCapital Real Estate Advisors. He spent the previous 3+ years as a broker for Divaris Real Estate doing primarily multitenant retail leasing and site selection for tenants and developers. Cabell was able to broker over 50 transactions and multimillion dollars of deal value during his first three years in the industry.
Cabell is committed to providing clients excellent service and assisting them in achieving their investment and development goals. As a native Charlottean, Cabell is able to help clients realize their objectives in the Carolinas and is motivated to improve his community.
Cabell graduated from Hampden-Sydney College and was fortunate to study abroad at the University of Oxford. During his free time, Cabell enjoys the great outdoors and cheering on the Carolina Panthers.

Logan Little – Vice President
Logan Little is a Vice President at NetCapital Real Estate Advisors. He spent the previous ~1.5 years as a broker for Divaris Real Estate where he focused on site selection for local, regional, and national retailers and developers. Logan was drawn to the convenience store industry, carving out a niche where he can truly leverage his knowledge and passion.
Through detailed analysis and comprehensive market research, Logan is dedicated to uncovering the best opportunities for his clients. Logan leverages his experience to find new and existing opportunities, with an emphasis on convenience store locations for buyers, operators and developers.
Logan graduated from NC State University where received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Operations and Supply Chain Management. When he’s not in the office, you can find Logan on the golf course, on the beach with his friends and family, or watching NC State sports.
